Promotions Policy

• Seasonal & Festival Discounts: Price reductions during designated sale events (e.g., Diwali Sale, Anniversary Sale, End-of-Season Sale). Applicable to selected products only.
• Category-Specific Offers: Discounts or special pricing on designated product categories (e.g., specific part types, machinery types, or brands). Terms are stated within each offer.
• Bulk Order Discounts: Tiered pricing or discounts applicable to orders exceeding a specified quantity or value threshold. Eligibility communicated at checkout.
• First-Order Discounts: A one-time discount applicable to a Buyer's first order on the Platform. Applicable to registered users only and not to guest orders.
• Referral Promotions: Discounts or credits offered to existing Users who successfully refer new registered Buyers to the Platform, subject to the specific referral programme terms.
• Dealer-Specific Promotions: Special pricing or incentives extended to ACE-authorised dealers operating through the Platform, governed additionally by the applicable Dealer Contract.
• Coupon Codes: Promotional codes issued through ACE's marketing channels, redeemable at checkout subject to the specific code terms.

• Promotions are only available to Users who meet the stated eligibility criteria for that specific promotion.
• ACE reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and may cancel or reverse any promotional benefit extended to ineligible Users.
• Promotions are not available to ACE employees, their immediate family members, or any person with a conflict of interest.
• Promotions are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged.
• Multiple promotions or coupon codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Promotions are available only on the ACE Genuine Parts Platform (https://parts.ace-cranes.com/) and do not apply to offline purchases, direct dealer purchases, or purchases through any other channel.

• Promotional prices are displayed as 'Promotional Price' or 'Discounted Price' on the Platform and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional pricing is available only while stock lasts. ACE does not guarantee availability of promotional-priced items for any specific duration.
• Promotions may be subject to a maximum order quantity or value cap per User, as specified in the offer terms.
• Where a promotional price has been applied in error, ACE reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or to contact the Buyer to confirm whether they wish to proceed at the correct price.

• Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to be applied. No retrospective application of coupon codes is permitted after an order is confirmed.
• Each coupon code is valid for the period and usage limits specified in the offer terms. Expired or used codes will not be honoured.
• Coupon codes are issued for single use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ACE reserves the right to deactivate any coupon code that is being misused, shared in an unauthorised manner, or used fraudulently.
• Coupon code discounts are applied before GST calculation.

• Parts purchased under a promotional discount are eligible for return only in cases of manufacturing defect, wrong part delivery, or transit damage consistent with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Where a part purchased at a promotional price is returned and a refund is approved, the refund will be for the promotional price paid and not the standard retail price.
• Promotional discounts will not be reinstated once a return or cancellation has been processed. You will need to re-purchase at the then-prevailing price.
• Promotional benefits (e.g., free gifts, bundled items) must be returned along with the primary product in the event of a valid return.

• The referral programme (where active) allows existing registered Users to refer new Buyers to the Platform. Both the referrer and referee may receive a credit or discount as stated in the active referral offer.
• Referral credits are applied only after the referred Buyer completes their first paid order on the Platform.
• Self-referrals (creating a second account to refer yourself) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all credits.
• Referral credits expire as specified in the offer terms and cannot be converted to cash.
• ACE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral programme at any time without prior notice.

ACE reserves the right to:

• Modify the terms of any promotion at any time, with changes effective from the date of posting.
• Withdraw or cancel any promotion before its stated end date if misuse, technical errors, or operational issues are detected.
• Limit the availability of promotions to specific geographies, product categories, or User segments.
• Reject or reverse any promotional transaction that does not comply with the terms of this Policy or the specific promotion.

ACE actively monitors for misuse and fraud in relation to promotions. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential legal action:

This Promotions Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising in connection with any promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India, consistent with ACE's Terms & Conditions.
